If you are just starting to get into makeup or getting back into wearing makeup, the whole process can be a little daunting.

First there are so many different products out there and simply visiting the cosmetics section of your local store can be daunting. It doesn’t have to be though.

I recently attended the London Drugs beauty event of the year in Vancouver (follow along year round using hashtag #LDBeauty on Instagram, YouTube and Twitter) and I found out about a lot of the products that will be hitting the London Drugs store shelves soon, if they haven’t already.

At the London Drugs #LDBeauty event in Vancouver in June 2015. I had the chance to get the inside scoop on what was coming to London Drugs this Summer / Fall, and between you and me, it’s all fabulous.

I thought I would share my makeup basics for my first video about this event. Some of the products in the video were at the event, and some were recommended in store when I dropped by for a visit.
