I’ve been trying to create a good morning juice recipe for after these 30 days are done as I still want to maintain some juicing during my day to pack in as many vitamins as I can. A few days ago, I threw this one together and I have been using it every morning since.
I don’t like the taste of beets in my vegetable juices I have later in the day so I think this is the perfect answer to getting in the nutrients from the beet while still satisfying my taste buds.
My daughters both love this one as well and I sometimes make a little extra for them to have with their morning meal.
- Orange, peeled
- Grapefruit, peeled
- Carrot (one large or two medium)
- Beet, skin removed (small, about 1"X2")
- Wash/peel your fruits and vegetables and juice in a juicer.
- Enjoy.

Will have to try this one, sure looks inviting!
It is my favorite morning juice so far. Thanks.
This sounds delicious :) I love the idea of throwing a beet into the smoothie – they pack a lot of nutrition without too much of a weird taste!
They do, I also love the dark pink/red colour it gives the juice.
sounds yummy
Thanks Tennille. Let me know if you try it out.
