The Original Christmas Classics Blu-ray – Holiday Gift Guide

On the seventh day of Christmas, my true love gave to me…

Every Christmas I open up our boxes of decorations and on the very top every year are the same two things. The first are Christmas cards so I can get started writing them early every year (although I am usually still late). And the second are my favorite holiday movies on Blu-rays, DVDs or VHS. I put them on top so I can access them easily and so I can watch my favorite Christmas classics  while we decorate the tree and house.

I received The Original Christmas Classics on Blu-ray this year and we played Santa Claus is Coming to Town within 30 minutes of unwrapping the new Blu-ray set. The movie is crystal clear and watching it on Blu-ray brought all of my memories of the old classic back to life.

I reviewed The Original Christmas Classics on DVD during my Gift Guide last year. There is a difference from the DVD and the Blu-ray. The Blu-ray includes the following Christmas greats:

  • Frosty the Snowman
  • Frosty Returns
  • Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
  • Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town
  • Bonus: Original Christmas Classics Music CD

This is a fantastic holiday gift for anyone on your list, or you can be a Scrooge and keep it all to yourself ;)

Christmas Classics has generously offered one lucky This Bird’s Day reader The Original Christmas Classics on Blu-ray as a giveaway.
