Last Thursday, Goldfish treated many of my friends and readers here in Edmonton to a wonderful night out at the movies. We got the chance to see old friends and meet new ones all while we enjoyed the new Goldfish Pretzels and some refreshments. We also got the chance to see a new movie release that just hit theatres.
I remember my husband asking me before we arrived at the theatre if I was nervous, and I told him I wasn’t. When it came time to head to the movie, I became so excited. First I was spending some time with my own family and watching a movie that my daughter loves (and in 3D no less), then I was seeing some old friends that I haven’t seen in awhile, and last, I realized as I checked my Twitter feed that I was finally going to meet new friends and put many faces to Twitter handles.
So if you got the chance to drop by the Edmonton screening last Thursday, please feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments here. I would love to know what you thought of the movie and the night.
I mentioned at the start of the movie that there was going to be some more news coming from Goldfish shortly, and now I have the details.
A Twitter party will be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 from 8:00 – 9:00EST (for those of us in Alberta, that will be 6:00 – 7:00). Join me and the other bloggers who hosted the movie screenings as we catch up and chat about #GoldfishMoments – I hear that there will also be five Goldfish Pretzels prize pack’s to be won throughout the night.
