Snack Pack – Share a Smile Campaign

Things that make me smile: Baby and Papa Bird, getting something I really want on sale, finding the right size of clothing on the 90% off clearance rack, seeing the people I love, eating carrot cake (okay, eating ANY cake), knowing I made a positive impact on someone’s life, beautiful quiet summer mornings when I don’t have to go in to work… My list goes on. I’m a smiler and I am thankful for everything I have and everyone I know. On my bad days I always try to remind myself that there are people in this world who are not as fortunate as I am.

Snack Pack has teamed up with Food Banks Canada for their new Share a Smile campaign to help those who are less fortunate.

Across the country, numerous families are struggling just to put simple meals on their tables each day and countless more go hungry.

Through the Share a Smile campaign, you can share a smile with your friends and family and in doing so, Snack Pack will donate $1 to Food Banks Canada each time you log in and Share Your Smile. Their goal is to raise $20,000 and as of today, they are at $14,550.

Want to help out this worthy cause and be entered to win some great prizes? I thought so…

All you have to do is log in to your Facebook account, look up Snack Pack Canada, like the page and a $1 donation will be sent to Food Banks Canada. Then you can feel free to share a smile and another dontation will be made on behalf of one of your friends. You can even send a smile my way if you want – I like smiles. Plus, if you opt to enter their contest, you will be entered to win one of their weekly prizes.

Now thats a lot to smile about.

Nice! I did it. I didn’t enter their contest though, because they ask for your birth date. That’s beyond my limit for sharing personal info due to identity theft risks. I just try to stick to that since I’m always entering contests and leaving my info all over the place.
