I love the idea behind taking something old and adding to it to make it new and improved.
Just last summer, when I was setting up my home office, I chose to upcycle a beautiful, old table in to an office desk. I ended up removing the table flaps and added some paint and I have to say, it looks gorgeous. My favorite part of the table is the legs because they have such a great design to them and they slant outwards toward the bottom, making it a cute and unique area for me to create.
The people over at General Mills also understand that although something is absolutely fabulous in it’s own state, sometimes changing it up a bit can create even more possibilities.
Honey Nut Cheerios has gone one step further with added crispy oat flakes and delicious nut clusters. We received a box to try out and it was an instant favorite for our two girls. The addition of the new ingredients lets us still enjoy the classic that we love while experiencing some new flavours.
Want to get a FREE box of your own? The generous people at General Mills has given me a form to fill in to give away one box of Honey Nut Cheerios Hearty Oat Crunch to 25 This Bird’s Day readers.
Each person who fills in this form will get a box sent directly to you. Readers will only receive one box so if you’ve entered your information on another website already, you will be sent that one box only. If the form gives you a message that the special boxes are gone, you can still head over to the Life Made Delicious page to get a coupon for a free box that is redeemable on a specific date only. To take advantage of that offer, just head over to the Life Made Delicious Facebook page.
While you are on their Facebook page, you are going to want to like them to make sure you take advantage of more new product launches and free offers that are coming soon.
