Mattel has a lot of toys available this holiday season for all of the good boys and girls on your list. I got to pick out some items to feature and I chose two that I knew my three year old daughter would just shriek over.
Royal Tea Party
Available in June of this year, the Royal Tea Party is sure to captivate any ‘princess in training’. The set is one of a larger collection that makes up a Royal Kingdom and has a beautiful tea room that opens up to reveal a play area. Included with this set is a table, four chairs, tea accessories (tea cups, plates, dainty tray, tea pot) and two dolls. The dolls are Disney’s Sleeping Beauty and Belle and they are dressed for a fancy tea party with adorable dresses and matching hats.
The dolls do not stand on their own, but they can be made to sit in the chairs and held while playing in the room. When play time is done, the accessories and dolls can easily be stored inside the tea room for a nice clean area and no lost pieces.
This set retails for about $26.99 US (note, prices vary by store), is for ages 3+ and can be found wherever Disney / Mattel toys are sold.
Barbie Sisters Camp Out! Stacie Doll & Tent
Just out this fall, the Sisters Camp Out! set takes little imaginations camping. The tent is big enough to fit four dolls in total, so it could fit all four sisters (Barbie, Skipper, Stacie and Chelsea). Luckily enough, a Stacie Doll is included in this set to get you started.
Also included is everything you need to rough it in style. There is a sleeping bag, a chair, a campfire, some camp accessories and the most important part of the camp out — s’mores on a stick, ready to toast.
This Camp Out set retails for about $19.99 US (Prices vary by store), is for ages 3+ and can be found wherever Barbie / Mattel toys are sold.
Mattel Contest – Right now, you can head on over to Mattel.ca and enter for a chance to win $500 worth of your favorite Mattel toys. I don’t know about you, but that would go a long way in buying for our kids, and nieces and nephew. I encourage you to enter even if you don’t have any kids on your list. This would be a fantastic opportunity to give to kids less fortunate by donating any prizes won to local charities or to a family in need.
Disclosure: I received the Royal Tea Party and Barbie Camp Out! sets for free to complete my feature. The opinions expressed in this post are mine only and are in no way influenced by any outside factors.
