This past weekend I realized that in the last 25 days of juicing, I’ve started to favourite one of the green juices I was making over the others. I’m not a fan of the green juices (containing mostly green and green-leafed vegetables and herbs), but this one isn’t so bad.
This juice is great to drink as is, and I sometimes add in one other vegetable (broccoli, peppers, peas) or berry (balckberries or blueberries).
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Apple or Pear
- 1 Fennel (1 stalk including portion of bulb)
- Spinach (2 - 3 handfuls)
- Parsley (about 8 stems)
- Juice all ingredients in a juicer and enjoy
- I put the parsley in with the first handful of spinach. It juices better when it is more compact.
- I also add a 1/2 tsp of omega oils in the cup before I drink.
