Giveaway: Let’s Talk Dads and Barbecues! (Closed)

In this household, those two go together like “rama lama lama kadingy kading-a-dong”(Grease throwback for ya).

My husband is in his element around barbecues. I imagine that listening to him decide what he wants to grill and watching him in action would be like hanging out with Beethoven while he composed Fur Elise.

Okay, I am exaggerating, but my husband is an amazing griller. Aside from the regular meats, he has also grilled a nice salmon for me (he doesn’t even like seafood and it was so flavourful). He barbecues our vegetables, corn on the cob and, my favorite, perogies. He is always looking for new easy recipes to try out and I love being his guinea pig because he hasn’t made a bad dish yet.

Father’s Day is coming up soon and although Papa Bird gets to decide what he wants to eat for his big day, I am hoping he chooses something from the barbecue. I consider myself to be a great cook, but during the summer, there is nothing better than anything on the BBQ.

And to help inspire your barbecuing efforts, Life Made Delicious is offering a giveaway on This Bird’s Day. One lucky reader will win a Celebrate Summer Prize Pack from General Mills and Life Made Delicious (ARV approx. $100).
