Almond Fresh Avocado Smoothie Recipe

I was wandering around the grocery store last night trying to come up with a new idea for a breakfast smoothie for our girls. My smoothies are never the same and I love trying new ingredients that I had never though of before.

Enter ‘the avocado’.

Avocados have a lot going for them as a good food choice. They have more potassium than bananas, and they also contain folic acid, vitamin K, B6, C, and E and more.

The smoothie turned out great and my daughter (who can be known for her pickiness) enjoyed it and drank everything I gave her, even after she saw what went into it.

Almond Avocado Smoothie
Serves 4
A smooth, thick chocolate smoothie with the added benefits of avocado and Almond Fresh milk(s).

Ingredients
  1. 3 cups Almond Fresh Chocolate Milk
  2. 1 cup Almond Fresh Coconut Milk
  3. 2 Bananas
  4. 1/2 Avocado
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.

    Tried avocado for the first time in our fruit smoothie and it was soooo yummy! Would never have thought to put it in….gives it a nice texture.
