With full-page colour pictures and detailed directions, you can make some pretty professional looking holiday treats. Most of the recipes are for cupcakes, but there are some additional treats included that would make party guests ask who your caterer was.
I can’t wait to try out the ‘Morbid Meringue Bones’ or the ‘Marzipan Beetles’. The beetles look real and even give me the creeps. But that’s what Halloween is all about.
The recipes cover treats from fun and fear-free to some more scary options so there is something in there for everyone and for every age. With Baby Bird being so young right now, I will be making some of the more colourful treats such as the Rainbow Cupcakes. But I can just see Papa Bird asking me to make the Bleeding Hearts in no time.
